July 12, 2024 – Wooten was convicted within the City of Niagara Falls Court by the Niagara County DA’s Office
August 2023 – City police, while investigating a complaint of animal cruelty, observed Timothy Wooten (63) using the weapon on a dog in his backyard and captured it on video, according to the police report. According to police the dog was tied to a cage. Wooten was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and criminal possession of a weapon.
