Where do I begin? At the beginning I guess.

I have always loved animals and nature. As I look back, my days as a child were spent lying out on the ground looking at the the ants coming in and out their hole, watching the going on with bees, chipmunks, squirrels and birds. I enjoyed hiking, swimming, planting flowers / gardens, camping and the sort. I found myself drawn to the outside with my dad working in the yard, than in with my mom cooking and cleaning the house. Something my mom would always try to break me of, but never succeeded at.

As time passed, I followed my passion of animal care. Even though financially I could not afford to become a veterinarian, the love of animals and our beautiful world followed me all through my life and I found other ways to keep that passion going gaining experience in many different arenas of animal and environmental care.  I received my Bachelors of Environmental Science and my Masters of Education to help promote and spread the word.

Today, I rescue and rehabilitate animals including wild-birds, fish, cats and dogs and educate the public on animal welfare and environmental issues in New York.  This has brought me considerable joy in my life.  This website is a culmination of information in both my professional career and personal ideologies.

As a proud citizen of New York and one of the founding families  of Schenectady, Montgomery and Fulton Counties, my goal is to provide our communities trustworthy information so they can become better informed our earth and all of her wonders.

As I look back at my life, and where I have come and where I am going, I would not have it any other way.
