September 2021 – Terry Woloszyn (59) was charged with numerous counts of animal cruelty following a report of animal abuse in the Town of Owego. According to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office an investigation determined that several dogs, chickens, and a pony were left without proper sustenance and a clean living environment. Town of Berkshire, Town of Owego dog control officers and the sheriff’s office seized 33 dogs, 15 chickens, and a miniature pony from the property. Woloszyn was charged with 49 counts of cruelty to animals and 33 counts of harboring an unlicensed dog. She was issued appearance ticket.
