Warney, Joseph A. & Emma E. Trask

Basic Information

June 2025 – New York State Police and the Humane Society found two dead dogs confined within closed crates in an apartment that was abandoned. After Troopers gathered information they arrested Joseph A. Warney, 30, and Emma E. Trask, 44 and charged both with two counts of failure to provide proper sustenance, two counts of neglect of an impounded animal, and two counts of disposal of dead animals. Warney and Trask were scheduled to appear in the Town of Herkimer Court.
