August 2021 – Malcolm Tilton (69) was arrested after a domestic dispute with his wife and a firearm occurred. Deputies were told that Malcom Tilton had allegedly shot and killed the family’s dog after the dispute. Tilton was arrested and charged with animal cruelty. Tilton was sent to the hospital for a mental health evaluation after his release on an appearance ticket. He is expected to appear in the Court at a later date.
