November 2021 – SP Amity Troopers and Allegany County SPCA arrested Mandi L Swanson (41) of for Agriculture and Markets law: Abandonment of Animals, Neglect of Impounded Animals, Fail to Care for Animals, and Fail to Provide Shelter for Animals. SP Amity Troopers determined that Swanson had severely neglected to care for her animals. Swanson was arrested and processed at SP Amity. Swanson was issued an appearance ticket.
