Stemming from a welfare check, Jasmine Squilla, 22, and Fatemeh Safaie-Mojarad, 44, were arrested and charged with five counts of overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals and of failing to provide proper sustenance when five dogs were found without proper sustenance. Both were released on appearance tickets for Corinth Town Court.
