Apr 2023 -Paul Silsby, 41, of Lockport. was charged with a felony animal abuse charge when Silsby was caught on tape abusing his dog, Karma, after his wife noticed the dog was acting strange. Video from a camera showed Salisbury flipping Karma by her collar in the air and then strangling her with it while the dog does nothing to defend itself. The charge was pleaded down to misdemeanor charges.2005 – Arrested for aggravated animal cruelty.
