July 2025 – Deandre Rogers, 30, of Buffalo, was arraigned on one count of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals and one count of Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance. It is alleged that defendant intentionally hit a dog until it was hospitalized for skull fractures and other serious physical injuries. Rogers is scheduled to return for a felony hearing.
