October 2021 – Ravon Service (26) and Tafaniel Michaud (27) were taken into custody. Police rescued 21 dogs and puppies from the apartment. Authorities say the tenants allegedly kept and bred the dogs in deplorable conditions in a filthy upstairs apartment. Many of the dogs were chained to the floor 24 hours a day.Service faces charges of animal neglect and criminal mischief in connection with the initial Animal Cruelty Investigation Squad case. Michaud also faces criminal mischief charges in that incident.
