June 2026 – Following an investigation of reported neglect, Jessica A. Raish, age 36, Mark A. Raish, age 41, and Katelina M. Raish, age 21, were arrested after it was alleged that the defendants failed to provide proper nourishment, hydration and sanitation for two dogs in their home. All three defendants were charged with two counts of Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring Animals; failure to provide proper sustenance, and were released on appearance tickets to appear in Court at a later date.
