January 2021 – Adam J. Prime (32) was arrested, and charged with Arson in the Third Degree, a class C Felony, and Aggravated Cruelty to Animals, a class E Felony. Prime is accused of setting a fire to a residence and thereby killing two cats inside. Prime was processed and arraigned, and released on his own recognizance to return to the Town of Minden Court on a later date.
