Ogdenski, Brian D.

Basic Information

March 2026 – Ruth M. Barnhart (40) and Brian D. Ogdenski (27) were arrested and charged with a felony aggravated animal cruelty and a misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. After reports of alleged animal neglect (unsanitary conditions and a lack of care for the animals) 5 dogs were seized and taken to the Humane Society shelter. One was found roaming free, while the rest were in metal cages. It was found that two of the dogs were emaciated and one was suffering from bed sores. All received medical attention. Barnhart and Ogdenski were given appearance tickets to appear in court at a later date.
