March 2021, Michael Meyer (54) of Rochester was arrested after he was caught on surveillance video abusing a German shepherd inside the self-service pet bathing area of a Henrietta Country Max store. He was charged with overdriving, torturing and injuring animals. Michael was ordered to appear at Henrietta Town Court and could face a $1,000 fine and/or up to one year in prison.  (Photo: Crime Stoppers )
