September 2026 – Kyra Mcintosh (25) was arrested and charged with failure to provide proper sustenance after Police found a Pitbull puppy was allegedly being neglected and was in need of medical attention. Mcintosh was given an appearance ticket returnable to the Troy City Court and released.
