June 1, 2026 – William J. Masten, 41, was arrested and charged with 27 counts of failure to provide sustenance for animals, disposal of dead animals, criminal nuisance, and creating a hazardous or physically offensive condition after police said they found dozens of live dogs, and at least one dead dog, at a residence. On May 29, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint for multiple dogs allegedly running around a residence. Officers allegedly found several dogs running in and out of the road as well as multiple other residences. Masten will appear in Court at a later date.
