October 2025 – Lynette Kornbau, 39, and Ralph Priest, 42, were charged with 33 counts each of both animal cruelty after they allegedly withheld food and water to animals living in unsanitary conditions. The Humane Society said dogs were allegedly found running throughout the house or confined to rooms, with no bedding and “very little” food or water as well as feces and urine covered the floor.  Both were released and issued appearance tickets.
