Fleming, Brian J. & Theresa E. Fleming

February 2025. Brian J. Fleming (64) and Theresa E. Fleming (61) were both arrested at SP Richfield Springs after New York Police executed a search warrant. Police found eight dogs, thirteen cats and one turtle need of immediate medical care.  They were all turned over to the Susquehanna SPCA.  Each have been charged with: 11 counts of the Agriculture and Markets Law of Torturing or Injuring Animals/Failure to Provide Sustenance (misdemeanor) and 2 counts of the Agriculture and Markets Law of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals (class “E” felony)
