3/16/2021, Nassau County County SPCA seized 11 puppies from a locked, unattended puppy store in Baldwin. The store, Puppy 4 You, is not licensed in Nassau County or with New York State. It appeared the dogs were left inside alone for some time. The puppy store owner, Pecardy Delone (26), of Baldwin was charged under New York State Agricultural laws for allegedly selling sick puppies.
