October 2026 – LC Collins, age 34, was arrested and charged with three counts of overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals: failure to provide proper sustenance (Class A Misdemeanors). The arrest stemmed from the Humane Society of Greater Rochester after three dogs were surrendered from a family member showing signs of poor body condition consistent with inadequate or improper nutrition. The three dogs were determined to be under the car of Collins who did not provide proper sustenance. Collins was released on an appearance ticket to appear at a later date.
