Cato, Andrew

August 2021 – Andrew Cato, 59, has been charged in a 92-count criminal complaint with aggravated animal cruelty, prohibition of animal fighting and other crimes. According to documents he has allegedly bred numerous dogs for fighting. Dogs were recovered that had dog bite scars and the retrieval of dog fighting paraphernalia. He was ordered to return to court on on his own recognizance.
