In response to a report of animal cruelty, troopers found more than two dozen dead animals. They also found 107 neglected animals. These animals included horses, pigs, cattle, sheep, goats, dogs, cats and a llama. Four people are facing a total of 210 charges, including felonies, over Agriculture & Markets Law violations. All four were issued appearance tickets.  New York State Police arrested and charged;

Dominick E. Brown, 44: Nine counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, a class E felony, 95 counts of overdriving, torturing and injuring animals, failure to provide proper sustenance, a misdemeanor
