Brooks (31) was arrested and charged with a Class A Misdemeanor under the NYS Agriculture and Markets Law for allegedly walking a dog to the area of McClellan Street and Eastern Parkway and abandoning her while she was injured. According to police, the dog was underweight and suffering from severe wounds to her face and ears, where one ear appeared to have been intentionally cut off.
