Shaheem Allen, 23, of Freeport, was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, nine counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree conspiracy, and prohibition of animal fighting.
