May 2026 – James A. Byrnside (69) was arrested following an investigation of a loose dog which appeared to be malnourished. Three dogs were removed from the residence to receive emergency treatment. It is alleged that Mr. Byrnside failed to provide proper care or sustenance for three dogs at his residence. Mr. Byrnside was charged with three counts of Torturing or Injuring an Animal and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Court at a later date.
