April 2025 – Thomas Goodspeed (36) was arrested and charged with (5) misdemeanor counts of failure to provide proper sustenance following a report that he allegedly kept snakes and live mice living in poor living conditions. After viewing the rodents and reptiles, a referral was made to the ASPCA and representatives deemed the conditions were in violation of the NY State Agriculture and Markets Law due to his failure to provide proper care and sustenance to the snakes. Goodspeed was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to return to the Court at a later date.
