February 2025 – Angela M. Seward, 50, was arrested after an investigation into the death of a domesticated cat. Seward charged with violating the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law Section 353, which prohibits the torturing, injuring, or failing to provide adequate sustenance for animals. She was released with an appearance ticket and is expected to appear before the Town of Little Valley Court at a later date.
