March 2022 – Joseph Merrill (40) and Kenneth Breemes (46) were arrested by NYS Police and charged with animal torture. According to the arrest report, Merrill and Breemes were charged with class-A misdemeanors for allegedly torturing, injuring or failing to feed an animal in violation of Section 353 of New York State law. They were issued appearance tickets and later released.
