JOSEPH KAUFFMANN (22) is charged in a New York State Supreme Court with one count of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals and one count of Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals for allegedly throwing his 14-week-old puppy off a bed, breaking numerous bones – and then burning him with hot water.
