Brandon R Gibson (38) and Heather B Lee (34) were charged with six counts of endangering the welfare of a child and 22 counts under the agricultural markets law for allegendly not providing food and substenance. Two children, one dog, and more than 20 cats were removed from what Police described as living in “deplorable” conditions such as cat feces, garbage and little to no food.
