March 2026 – Allen Peters was charged with torturing and injuring an animal/failing to provide sustenance following an investigation by Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester. Peters allegedly confined a cat to a carrier for two months due to the fact that it refused to use the litter box. The animal was found covered in feces, urine, and food. If convicted, Peters faces up to one year in prison and potential fines.
