The Saratoga County grand jury has indicted Paul Daby Jr. (68) in connection with an animal abuse investigation charging him with 13 counts of tampering with physical evidence. According to the indictment, Daby is accused of concealing 13 deceased dogs in garbage bags inside his vehicle on June 24, 2025. The indictment follows his girlfriend, London Jae’s, investigation leading to criminal charges against her. She was also arrested after more than a dozen dead dogs were found in the trunk of a car. Jae was charged with 14 counts of aggravated cruelty to animals. She plead guilty and is expected to serve six months in jail — with five years of post-release supervision when she’s sentenced in June. She also can’t own or live with animals for 50 years.
