Madlin, Edward J.

Basic Information

March 2016 – New York State Police (NYSP) arrested Edward J. Madlin for animal cruelty charges relating to alleged mistreatment of horses and a cow. Police allege that animals had insufficient food, water and hoof care, and their living conditions were unsanitary. The Melrose Fire Department helped remove the animals, as manure buildup required extrication. Eleven horses and one cow were surrendered and turned over to various rescue organizations. Madlin was issued an appearance ticket for a later date and released.
