July 09, 2019 – Kenny M Thomas (b 08-19-1980) was convicted and charged with Agriculture and Markets Law -Abandonment of Disabled Animal, AGM § 355.

March 2019 – Binghamton Police arrested Kenny M Thomas allegedly abandoning a dog on John Street on the City’s south side. Surveillance footage allegedly showed a vehicle driving to the location and abandoning a female dog on the street and leaving the area. The abandoned dog was later captured in the same neighborhood and taken to a Binghamton area dog shelter for proper care and custody.
