October 2021 – Victor Daniel Martinez (29) was arrested on charges of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals in Richmond, SC. Martinez has a NYS drivers license. Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call about dogs, cats, and a turtle locked in a hot vehicle. The vehicle was heavily soiled inside. Deputies observed signs of dehydration in the dogs. Warrants for Martinez’s arrest claim that he the animals had been left in the vehicle without food, water, or access to sanitary conditions, citing willful neglect.
