Quinteros, Victor

September 2023 – Victor Quinteros, 55, pleaded guilty to charges of felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor cruelty to animals. In exchange for his plea, Quinteros was sentenced to one year and 60 days in jail. 

July 2022 – Victor Quinteros, 54, was arrested in connection with a raid during which two dozen Huskies were removed from what officials described as deplorable living conditions. According to the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information’s office, Quinteros was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, in addition to 24 counts of misdemeanor neglect of impounded animals and 24 counts of inappropriate shelter for dogs. Authorities allegedly found 16 adult dogs and eight puppies on the property. One puppy was found dead and an adult was severely injured. Quinteros was released on his own recognizance.
