1/9/2025 – Ashley Pritchard was arranged in Town of Lockport court on a felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals and received a continuance for a pre-trial conference. Pritchard was released on her own recognizance. Pritchard allegedly neglected her young chihuahua Cleo, who died in Niagara SPCA custody. The dog was found dehydrated and hypothermic.
