March 2023 – Pawel Poznerowicz surrendered himself to Orange County Jail after pleading guilty to misdemeanor animal cruelty. Received a 10-day jail sentence for animal cruelty, to pay a $250 fine, and mandated to register under the Rocky’s Law, preventing him from owning or possessing animals in the future.

2022 – Poznerowicz, Paul “Pawel” (65) was arrested and charged with with 57 counts of animal cruelty after more than a dozen mini-Doberman pinschers were removed from a Greenvile home where officials say two dogs were found dead in the freezer.
