Persico, Vincent

May 2020 – Vince Persico was convicted after a plea of guilty to sexual misconduct with an animal in “violation of Penal Law § 130.20 (3), a class A misdemeanor, and was sentenced to six years of probation with sex offender conditions. The defendant is currently a registered level two sex offender based on three prior misdemeanor convictions for sexual abuse in the second degree in violation of Penal Law § 130.60 (2), for having sexual contact with a minor under the age of 14 in 1998”.

September 2018 – SPCA detectives arrested Vincent Perisco (64) and faces charges of alleged animal cruelty and sexual misconduct with a dog. Persico was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court for his arraignment on November 27. Persico is listed as a Level 2 sex offender on the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services sex offender registry website.
