Paulino, Paul

December 2019 – Paul Paulino (32), was accused of animal cruelty after humane law enforcement officers said they found a dog that had been allegedly choked with a metal collar and had her nose rubbed into concrete. Paulino was charged with felony aggravated animal cruelty.
