December 2022 – Peter Miller (57) is facing animal cruelty charges after allegedly keeping a dog in filthy cage for 10 days straight, officials said. When found, the dog was suffering discomfort from large areas of matted fur on his body that had been caked with excrement, urine scalding, and redness and irritation on his paws. Miller is charge with two counts of animal cruelty and neglect and is scheduled to appear in First District Court.
