Konschak received probation after pleading guilty to animal cruelty and interfering with police charges. As part of the plea, Konschak received a suspended 728-day prison sentence and stipulations that he can’t possess a firearm or any other weapon that shoots projectiles and he is prohibited from acquiring new animals while on probation for three years. He also must pay $9,700 in restitution. He can’t have unsupervised visits with animals unless they are his family pets.
