– Tina M. Yerden and David J. Enberg are charged with 15 counts of Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance/Cruelty to Animals after the couple were found to allegedly have multiple dogs in cages — some of them two to a cage — and animal feces on the floor throughout the home. Investigators reported a strong odor of feces and urine emanating from the residence. The animals seized included 9 dogs, 2 rabbits, 4 chickens, 1 duck, 1 cat, 2 bearded dragons, and 1 tarantula. Yerden and Enberg were released on appearance tickets to appear in Town of Coeymans Court
