Kevin Bergeson (64) was arrested and charged with 34 counts of animal cruelty after an investigation found 34 dogs allegedly denied basic nutrition, sanitation, medical attention, housing, and overall animal welfare. SPCA began investigating after receiving a complaint about a large number of dogs being kept in unsafe conditions.
