Curtis Knockwood, 25, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary, and was charged also with animal cruelty. Knockwood was trying to rob a home when he fled the property. After being caught by the K-9 dog Norbi, Knockwood stabbed the dog 12 times. He is expected to be sentenced to over 5 years in state prison for stabbing a Troy Police K-9.
