Yellowframe Farm South

Description

Yellowframe Farm has been boarding retired horses since 1993. We pride ourselves in caring for these magnificent creatures as they spend their retirement years surrounded by the beauty of Yellowframe Farm. In addition to mornings spent in the paddocks, the horses are groomed, bathed, and under the careful watch of our experienced stable manager, Aurelio.

Barbara Tober grew up with horses. Her first horse, Precious, taught her many of the most important life lessons she still carries with her today. Her passion for all things equestrian and her love for these exquisite creatures is infinite.

Joanna Johnston was the Executive Assistant to Donald Tober at Sugar Foods Corporation for 13 years. Born in North Dakota and growing up spending summers at her grandparents’ farm; working at Yellowframe Farm is nothing short of pure joy.

Aurelio Lopez has been working with the Tober’s since 1993 and has 30+ years of experience with horses. He remembers the first years with the Tober’s as they rode their horses throughout the Dutchess County countryside. He cares for the stable as if it were his own home and for the boarders as his family.

Our bookkeeper and right hand to the farm manager, Nanci Ocello, brings years of experience from many careers – including design, piano moving and accounting. Nanci adds warmth and a special caring touch to all of our vendors and clients at Yellowframe Farm.
