Partridge Run Farm

Description

Our bees create honey in Albany County, New York from the wildflowers in the meadows of the Helderberg Mountains, Partridge Run Farm sits on land that has not been cultivated for more than half a century and has remained free from modern agricultural practices. We keep our fields open for the flowers on which the bees forage. By extracting several times a season we offer the differing tastes of early summer, mid-summer, late summer and early autumn honeys.
