We are proud NY Grown & Certified producers. Our products and farm have been inspected for safe food handling, animal welfare, and environmental stewardship.

Our cattle are finished on pasture and farm-grown non-GMO barley, which we feel gives it a unique flavor, and are processed at a USDA facility & sealed individually in vacuum bags to ensure freshness. Each cut of our product has complete traceability to our animals.
