On our hilltop farm, with a long view of the Mohawk Valley and away north to the Adirondacks, we grow certified organic vegetables, apples, pears, plums, and berries. Our farming practices focus on soil health. We are constantly adding to our soil’s health, not depleting it. By practicing minimal tillage and a no-chemical approach to farming, we maximize the nutrient and health-value of the food we offer.
