As lifelong members of our local community, we pride ourselves on our customer-oriented approach and creating the best experience for all our visitors. Hillcrest Lavender Farm offers u-pick lavender and lavender products produced onsite.

Our lavender farm is open year-round. Take a day trip and visit us! Sit on the swing in the lavender field and meet our Babydoll sheep: Beau and Peep, Larry, his brother Daryl, his other brother Daryl (yes, they are twins!), and Annabelle. Stop in our gift shop to chat with us about our lavender fields and lavender farm life in Chenango County, play a game of corn hole, take a walk down Woodpecker Way, or simply enjoy our fantastic panoramic view! 

Our farm is open for u-pick lavender when the lavender field begins to bloom, generally from mid-July through mid-August. Stay updated on lavender picking time by following us on our Instagram or Facebook pages.

We offer a variety of lavender products from cozy, lavender-filled eye pillows and Warmies® Plush animals to bath and body products made on-site to the perfect culinary lavender for your next culinary dish!

Our quality lavender products are made and chosen with our customers in mind, ensuring we only offer the best. After u pick lavender season, Eric distills our lavender for its essential oil and makes all of our wonderful lavender sprays, lotions, soaps, and lip balms using our very own lavender essential oil, while Kathy creates many of our other hand-made products, including our popular mugs, coasters, and lavender stress bags.
